The regular maintenance of our machines ensures their constant availability and the reliability of our products, with a production width of 0.1 mm up to 500 mm.
Colour finishing with precision
Our in-house dyeing plant enables us to finish yarns, cords and ribbons made from a wide range of natural and synthetic materials. Thanks to our flexible machinery, we can adapt production to different batch sizes to meet our customers’ individual requirements. In addition to classic processes such as finishing and waxing, we also offer special finishes that include hydrophobic, hydrophilic, flame-retardant or antibacterial properties. Sensitive products, such as toy cords, are finished according to specific customer requirements.
Versatility from the roll
Our tape weaving machines produce high-quality woven tapes and tubes in widths of up to 150 mm. The range extends from lightweight cotton or viscose fabrics to high-strength aramid tape fabrics, available in elastic or rigid qualities, tailored to the needs of the project.
Accuracy in every yarn
In the twisting department, we produce ring and DD twisted yarns from fibre and filament yarns. From twisting the yarns up to the production of complex twisted constructions, we offer numerous variants that precisely fulfil our customers’ requirements. In addition, applied lubricants improve the running properties in other textile manufacturing processes.
Protection and style in one
Our extrusion lines specialise in the development and production of coated yarns, linen and cords. These are available in various transparent, translucent and opaque colour options and protect reinforcing fibres from environmental influences while absorbing high loads.
Ready for action
From precise cutting technology to professional final assembly, we offer a wide range of finishes that make your products ready for immediate use. Our services include hot and cold cutting, needling, sewing, punching, blistering, individual packaging, roll wrapping and final packaging for final sale. We also offer our customers automatic ring sewing and interlocking.
Pioneering technology
With our focus on robot-assisted manufacturing, we develop customised solutions in fibre composite technology. This advanced method makes it possible to manufacture products with specific component properties that are tailored to the needs of a wide range of applications. Our systems handle different core types and geometries, with a maximum production length of 4.5 metres.
